We are excited for this journey!  

We're officially 6 months out from competition and it's time to start getting in shape.  In order to do our best, we must be at our best and that doesn't happen over night, therefore we've started our workout routine in an effort to be the best that we can be.  We workout three times a week; all three days include cardio with two of those including a weight lifting routine.  Our bases are going to be strong and those flyers are going to be able to soar through the air.  We're looking forward to April and it'll be here before we know it!
