2016 has been an incredible year. We now have a beautiful reminder of what our hard work, dedication, and perseverance has accomplished. This past season was full of excitement and we are truly grateful for our friends, family, and fans. Thank you for supporting us every step of the way!

Your generous contribution toward the 2016 GAC softball championship rings has helped provide Southern Arkansas University players with a beautiful reminder of an exciting year.

We hope you will join us this weekend and participate in awarding the rings to the softball championship team.

Join us this Saturday, October 1, at the SAU Softball Stadium at Dawson Field. We will begin immediately following the 2 p.m. homecoming football game, at approximately 5:30 p.m.

We are excited to announce that as of this weekend, we exceeded our goal to fund the 2016 Mulerider Softball championship rings! Alumni and friends like you have been generous enough to cover the entire cost of the rings for our student-athletes and coaches. These rings will be permanent reminders of the hard work and commitment it took to make it to the NCAA Division II Women's College World Series and finish the season as the No. 4 team in the country! When they look at these rings, they will also remember YOU and everyone who cheered them on along the way. 

Every donor to the championship rings will be invited to take part in the ring presentation on Saturday, Oct. 1. Watch your mail and email in the months ahead for more information.

After weeks of working with the vendor, the final design for our 2016 championship rings has arrived! We can't wait to pass these rings out to the team this fall. Thank you to each one who has contributed towards the purchase of these rings. Each time the student-athletes look at their rings, they will be reminded of the hard work it took to finish as the No. 4 team in the country!
